This company is unmatched. I had a great experience overall from the receptionist/customer service rep to the emergency plumbers. Every one was polite and compassionate. I needed emergency service (drain cleaning/unclogging) and they provided the service in record timing. The plumbers Dave and Collin were very sweet and knowledgeable they fixed my issue at a wonderful price. They were a Godsent. I will definitely use them for future services and have already recommended them to other family members.

Amazing service from start to finish!!! The first technician came out within an hour of calling on Saturday morning. This was after letting them know we were without heat the whole night before and have 3 children under 5. The technician came and explained the issue and fixed what he could so that we would could at least get the heat working long enough to warm the house before the furnace went altogether. He also put us in contact with another representative that came that same day to help us with purchasing a new furnace and a/c unit. Gerard was very helpful and made the process easy. He ensured we would have everything installed by Monday. The technicians who came Monday were quick and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure we understood what was installed and where. Overall this was a great experience and we will definitely be using First Choice Heating, Cooling, and plumbing again if we have any issues in the future!

I contacted this company due to a leaking toilet and a broken shower. This company is awesome. Eli came out to assist. He was completely professional, beyond helpful and fair. I was afraid that I would have enough money to cover the cost. I was more than pleased with the service which was completed for both the toilet and the shower within minutes. If you are in need of any plumbing services, Do not hesitate to contact them. You will not be disappointed.

Angel was fantastic! I’m always a little wary about having service people in my home, but he immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge. My boiler was in rough shape, and he quickly figured out that the circulator pump was the issue. He drained the system, replaced the pump, and purged all the air out. On top of that, he did a full maintenance check to make sure everything was running smoothly. Now my boiler is working perfectly—no strange noises, just steady, reliable heat. Angel was thorough, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find people you can trust with home repairs, but I’d call him again without hesitation. I Highly recommend!

"Omar was my technician and he did a wonderful job in a timeline and professional way. Omar performed an initial diagnostics visit to assess the problem and tried to repair then. Unfortunately, a part was needed and he had to order it and return 2 days later. He kept open communication at all times. Very professional and trustworthy service overall. Very happy with Omar and First Choice Heating and Cooling!"
